Dr Charles Boisclair

DVM, MSc, Dipl. ACVIM (oncology)

Ottawa veterinarian Dr. Charles Boisclair graduated from the Université de Montréal in 2016. He then completed a rotation in 2017 at DMV Lachine, a private practice in Montreal. He then completed his specialty rotation at the University of Guelph in 2018, where he was responsible for the radiation therapy department. Dr Roxanne Buck

BVSc, MMedVet (Anaes), PhD, Dipl. ECVAA 

Dr. Buck obtained a Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) degree from the University of Pretoria in South Africa in 2012. She completed a one-year, small animal internship at the Onderstepoort Veterinary Academic Hospital in Onderstepoort, South Africa. She then spent a few months working in small animal general practice before returning to the University of Pretoria in 2014 as a clinical assistant for her anesthetic residency.

Dr Romain Javard

DMV, DES, MSc, Dipl. ACVIM (Internal Medicine)

Dr. Romain Javard will be joining OAESH as our interim Internal Medicine specialist and will also be providing Cardiology services. Dr. Javard graduated from l’École Nationale Vétérinaire de Toulouse (France) in 2011. He did a small animal rotating internship in medicine and surgery (IPSAV) at the University of Montreal in 2012. He completed his training with a 3 years residency program in small animal internal medicine and he is a diplomat of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine since July 2015.

Dr Julie Lecavalier

BSc, MSc, DVM, Dipl. ACVIM (SAIM)

will be joining OAESH as our interim specialist in Internal Medicine.

Dr Julie Lecavalier obtained her doctorate in veterinary medicine with honours magna cum laude from St. George’s University in 2012 after completing her clinical year at The Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies at The University of Edinburgh in the United Kingdom. She was inducted in the Phi Zeta Veterinary Honour Society in 2010. Prior to obtaining her doctorate, she completed a master’s degree in veterinary science after obtaining her bachelor’s degree in animal physiology from the University of Montreal.

Dr. Marie Llido

Originally from the South of France, Dr. Marie Llido graduated from the National Veterinary School of Lyon, France, in 2018. She then completed an Internship in Applied Veterinary Sciences (IPSAV) for companion animals at the University of Montreal Faculty of Veterinary Medicine (FMV). She completed two specialized surgery internships, first at Rive Sud Veterinary Center (Montreal) and then at the University of Montreal. She will be completing her surgical residency program (American College of Veterinary Surgeons) with the team at Rive-Sud Veterinary Center in July 2024.

Dr. Rajdeep Multani

Dr. Rajdeep (Raj) Multani is originally from India, where he earned his veterinary degree in 2013. After completing a Master’s in Medical Biotechnology at the University of Windsor, Canada he obtained his veterinary license in Canada in 2015 and gained extensive experience working in general and specialty practices across Ontario. In 2019, he completed a rotating internship at the Veterinary Emergency Clinic in Toronto, followed by a residency in Diagnostic Imaging at North Carolina State University, finishing in 2024 following which he achieved his board-certification and is a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Radiology (ACVR).

Dr Maya Popovic

DVM, DÉS, BSc, Dipl. AVDC

Dr. Maya Popovic obtained her veterinary degree from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2011. She was a general practitioner for 9 years in Ottawa prior to pursuing a residency in veterinary dentistry and oral surgery at the University of Montreal in 2020. Dr. Popovic received her board certification from the American Veterinary Dental College in 2023.
