Dr Patricia Biello

Veterinarian Dr. Patricia Biello is a diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care (ACVECC). Dr. Biello obtained her doctorate in veterinary medicine from the University of Montreal in 2009. She then completed a rotating internship (2010), followed by an emergency and critical care specialty internship (2011) at the “Centre Vétérinaire Rive-Sud” on the south shore of Montreal. Dr. Biello did her Emergency and Critical Care residency at the University of Guelph (2015-2018). She then worked in academia before joining the Ottawa Animal Emergency & Specialty Hospital team in November 2021.

Dr. Biello practices veterinary medicine by prioritizing patient care first. Her clinical interests include sepsis, respiratory disease, acute kidney injury, analgesia, and trauma.
