Dr. Marie Llido

Originally from the South of France, Dr. Marie Llido graduated from the National Veterinary School of Lyon, France, in 2018. She then completed an Internship in Applied Veterinary Sciences (IPSAV) for companion animals at the University of Montreal Faculty of Veterinary Medicine (FMV). She completed two specialized surgery internships, first at Rive Sud Veterinary Center (Montreal) and then at the University of Montreal. She will be completing her surgical residency program (American College of Veterinary Surgeons) with the team at Rive-Sud Veterinary Center in July 2024.

Passionate about sports medicine and biomechanics, Dr. Llido quickly turned her attention toward companion animal surgery. She is particularly interested in minimally invasive surgery (laparoscopy, thoracoscopy), angular limb-deformities and oncological surgery. Dr. Llido’s goal is to provide her patients with the best possible care through collaborating with other specialists and providing support for their owners.

In her spare time, Marie enjoys trail running and travelling both locally and abroad. She also cherishes time spent with family and friends.
